Your mood and the weather, can go hand in hand. Many people complain when the weather changes from sunny and warm, to gray and colder. There could be a reason for this. You could suffer from seasonal affective disorder (SAD). While it is less common to actually suffer from this disorder, everyone can have a bout of winter time blues every once in a while. However, if you are a happy person to begin with, the change in weather may not affect your day at all. But if you’re having a bad day, those clouds or rain can add to your already poor mood.
So how can you combat those blues? You just have to find ways to enjoy the outdoors even with a change in the weather. Put on your rain boots, grab an umbrella, or not, and go skipping in the rain! If you are not into skipping, take a run, or a walk. Get outdoors and exercise and clear your mind and boost those endorphins that make you feel good naturally! It all goes toward the attitude you take facing each day. Sit down, or get up and get going?
Lets get moving! Enjoy your weekend and get outside and have some fun. Find a rainbow and just smile!
