Kids Corner Recipe

Today’s Kids Corner recipe is called Pasta Hot! Hot! It is absolutely delicious! It’s a simple pasta recipe, with a few ingredients to spice it up. Every kid loves pasta, and getting your kid into the kitchen will be even easier with this simple, yet delicious recipe. You may be amazed when the family gobbles this up and there won’t be any leftovers! It’s delicious!

Ingredients:

  1. 1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti
  2. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  3. 1/4 cup olive oil
  4. 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  5. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

In a small saucepan over low heat place olive oil, garlic and peppers and simmer. Pour olive oil mixture over cooked pasta and serve with Parmesan cheese.

And that’s all there is to it! This recipe is simple and very easy! You can add some of your favorite steamed vegetables too. It will only make it better! I hope you and your family will enjoy it as much as my family does! A tip from me: if you ever have leftover pasta, you can whip up a quick snack or meal for kids by warming it up and tossing it with butter or olive oil then sprinkling with a generous amount of grated parmesan cheese! Yummy!
