Plant-based diet leads to better health

I have made a conscious effort to eat less meat and go more plant-based for the last couple years. I still eat anything I want, but I eat natural organic foods most of the time, and I would say I eat a plant-based diet. Today, I came across an article that reminds me of some of the reasons to eat plant-based:
