Many people can relate to having food cravings and then overeating. Ever wonder why this happens? No matter how hard you try, you just cannot forget the craving. Well, there may be an answer… and the food companies may be more responsible for this than many realize. When it comes to stimulating our brains, it seems individual ingredients aren’t as important.
